Project “OBOLOMBON” is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide therapeutic, educational, social, religious, vocational training, and cultural activities support to young males with disabilities. This project operates through a residential setting that offers round-the-clock care and assistance. A purpose-built residential setting located at DESI’s Head Office that accommodates 20 individuals with disabilities between the ages of 6 and 30. This setting offers a safe and supportive environment where participants receive 24/7 care and personalized assistance. Additionally, the project includes counseling and training opportunities for guardians to ensure holistic support for the individuals involved. The overarching goal of the project is to empower young individuals with disabilities to attain independence and functional abilities within an inclusive and barrier-free society.
